SUCCESS !!! on first set of gears I went back and looked at the process (man, method, machine, mat'l, measurement) and found the error, we are still working with brass blanks but have hope the stainless will produce similar results.
NOW, we have a 4-40 internal thread on our arbor is threaded with a 4-40 external have you ever done anything of this type or method ???
