I'm not sure I understand your question but I'll give it a go.
I'm assuming you intend on cutting the external tooth form.
The data you've posted is for a standard DIN 5480 spline profile which by default is "stubbed" from the equivalent gear dimension; as all involute spline profiles are.
Some of the data you've posted doesn't quite look right but all the info you need for ordering a cutter is there though.
