ANSI B92.1 1996 spline

I have a following spline spec:
Internal spline, flat root, side fit
ANSI B92.1, 1996 class 5
14 teeth, 6/12 DP, 30 PA

Would anyone be so kind to look up the internal major dia./w tolerance and the gap thickness /w tolerance or/and MOW in this standard ANSI B92.1, 1996 class 5?
Will be much appreciated.
