hi, when you do not have special machines that measure pressure angle and helix angle, or no information is written, it is impossible to understand what it is, if you have to rebuild a damaged gear, the best thing to do,
1) and take the hob cutter in his hand, and put in the teeth
2) to measure the distance between the centers of the two gears, with appropriate software you can figure out what it is,
3) when you have to rebuild a damaged helical gear, make no mistake helix angle, pressure angle, module, THE BEST SOLUTION, is to build both the gears, starting from the distance of centers..., regard tom
