I've read in one of these gear technology or power transmission magazines about an USA based company that introduces a new line of gear reductors, which use a hypoid gear with relatively small offset. The gear gets some of the good things that come with the hypoid layout, but the offset is still small enough to keep the bad things limited. I'd like to see that once again but forgot where I found it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance, d.
