Hi to all
My name is Artur I'm from Brazil and I bought a SPIROMATIC SKM1 a few months ago here in Brazil and I have some problems to start this machine.
It is in great condition.
Can someone please help me with settings of the OERLIKON SKM1.
Would someone please have the the equations or calculation procedure to get the parameters to manufacture any size of bevel gear using OERLIKON SPIROMATIC SKM1 (MACHINE-TOOL SETTINGS) ?
I would like have the equations to calculate the parametres like : WT, EX, DLM, TILT ANGLE OF THE CUTTER HEAD, AKM (for hypoid gears), ST EH, WS and SP to manufacture any size of bevel gear.
I came in contact with Klingelnberg (Oerlikon) and they said to me that they will not give me the calculations and I have two solutions: buy an Klingelnberg software ( 150.000 euro – I do not have this money) or send
to Klingelnberg the drawing of the each gear that I will manufacture (1000 euro for each gear) which is not feasible for me because I will work with maintenance.
I am a very very small factory here in Brazil and I am finding it difficult to manufacture spiral bevel gears.
If you have these information can you send me or if you know any person that have these information can you send the contact of this person ?
