Software for calc of gears in manuf. of cutting tools

I'm looking for a software package capable of calculating the gears required for the lead when milling helical flutes on a cutting tool design.
Also to calculate for relieving the thread when grinding a tap with helical flutes.
Any response would be greatly appreciated.
