I have a gear,which m=1.25,tooth number is 5,presure angle ??20 degree, helix angle ?½85degree.
I use a y3150 hobber to cut it.But nowdays,I have problem with it.The cutter(standard)is often break during hobbing. Can some good-hearted person give me advice for the hobber and the cutter.
