From my machine setting days I believe the ratios for the MT30 are:

Index
16 x N° Starts in Hob / N° Teeth in Gear

Feed/Diff
N°Teeth in Gear / (2 x Lead)
alternatively
0.15915 x Sin(Helix) x DP(n)
