Solidworks and Gears

I created a spur gear and a helical gear using the Solidworks Toolbox addin. The problem is that they are wrong. The tooth width is too small. I am not sure if any other dims are worng as well.

Does anyone have experience with gears in solidworks? Are there any freeware programs to help me out?
