I did a little looking at some websites and found one that gives a description of Cavex (Tm) worm and worm gear sets.

As mentioned in their description, "This geometry is internationally-recognized and defined by ISO as Profile C. " Perhaps a search for ISO specs on worm gear sets of Profile "C" will turn up the info you seek.
