I would suggest you should consider a Fellows 6 type gear shaper.These machines are old but very reliable and good for large batch or jobbing.A very good thing is that these machines go for cheap and cut a 800mm Diameter and stroke 150mm.Try Dominick DePalo at RP Machine Statesville.mail dom@rpmachine.com
