I have trouble with worms when calculating MOW & Circular tooth thickness Normal.
so I calculate them like a helical if it is 2 starts or more.
Calculating this like a 4 tooth helical.
results are with .027 gear wires,
Normal Tooth Thickness= .0238
Transverse tooth thickness = .0689259
Measurement over 2 wires = .2172689
even thou it is measure over 3 wires.
Please give you thoughts on this
