index gears are 77/59 x 64/72 feed gears are 30/75 conventional hobbing what you will have to do is make touch off with feed on then you will have to raise up then reverse your spindle run back far enough stop machine then bring your whole depth down then run part to size it in you will have to raise machine run spindle in reverse and repeat until you get size. remeber do not disengage feed or you will loose relationship with your first cut.
