With cutter tilt you only change the cutter number.This method is used when you dont have the
calculated cutter number in your cutter inventory.
If your cutter number calculation is #17.5 and you only have #0 - 20deg alternate cutter you will use this.
Give me all your Blank dimension and I will calculate the tilt and swivel settings.
Just remember when you tilt and swivel, the radial distance and cradle angle will also change.
