Does the top of the ram have a cast dome shaped cover? If it does, then you can remove it and expose reservoirs for lubricating oil, and hopefully you will find cloth-wrapped wire wicks that "wick" oil out to all the holes that feed oil to the ram. You want to keep the reservoirs almost full of oil to keep these wicks wet and working.
I'm trying to remember the cutting oil and where you check its level... but if the pump is working, then the amount of cutting oil necessary is that which keeps the pump from sucking air.
There is at least one grease cup I remember on one of the table knuckles. It backs off the table on each return stroke. Also there are a number of oil points that need lub as well.
We used to use bar chain oil for lubrication because it was good, sticky, and cheap.
