Hi,
I would like to try and help you, but I don't really understand your question. I assume you are trying to cut gears with the spreadblade system. The cutter bodies will have half outside blades and half inside blades. These blades have different pressure angles. The summary will tell you which blades to use. You can put all outside blades in a cutter body if you want, but would have to shim them to get the right diameter. In my experience if the cutter bodies have different numbers that do not interchange with each other, it is because they are made for different diameters. An example would be cutting hypoid pinions, they could quite possibly have a radically different diameter body than was used for the gear.
Hope this helps at least a bit.
