Thanks Ron. I Am generating the tooth form with a
rolling motion one way, a shift in cutter center,
and a roll back. The 4th axis is live and can be
programed to be in sync with the x/y of the table.
The proof roll shows line contact at the tip/root.
I did not use unequal PAs on the cutters, could be
the prob. I have photos but don't know how to link
them. I'll look for that book.
