I'm having a hard time thinking that the cam has worn enough to get this tooth jump in the last six months. We have only ran a handful of jobs on this machine since the last run of this part. Is there anything else anyone can think of that may cause this? We ran a part through 2 cycles and it still has the jump in the same spot. It isn't quite as bad I would say about .002" jump vs .008" with one cut. With 350 pcs to run and the long cycle time to cut 42 tooth internal I don't like the thought of cutting each of these 2 times.
