about 10 years ago, I bought a cutter sharpener for gleason spiral, but only a few days ago, I discovered that the machine worked just finishing, using up to two hours for each sharpening. I disassembled the machine and I saw it had two cams: finishing and roughing, but "the gear braket,"
who worked in the cam roughing was not very own!
and the finishing part of the segment was badly damaged!
so I went to a cast iron foundry, and I melted two pieces, after having worked on the drills, I've worked on slotting machine, I turned it on the field of teeth, and I slotting the teeth. Here is the video:
