You have a total of 98 teeth (71/27= 2.62 ratio)
ratio 2.62+6.25 = 8.87 ratio
pinion 10 teeth , gear 88
88/10= 8,88 ratio

or if you want a ratio 6.25
you have to use 85 and 13 pinion gear =85/13=6.53 ratio
you have to use 84 and 14 pinion gear =84/14=6.00 ratio

tell me what you want to use, I can make the calculation of the gears,
you gotta tell me details of your gear hob cutter,
the ratio chosen
and you must give me the "exact center distance" measured on the gear box
