Has anyone ever seen a nylon gear pump?
I would like to lift water about 15 feet with
a low-speed (about 200-500 rpm) low-power (less than 0.1 hp)
rotary input. Specifically, lifting pond water with
a vertical axis wind turbine. I wonder if a nylon
gear pump would be suitable as I need more positive
displacement than a centrifugal pump, and something
that will operate at lower speed than a vane pump.
