Jim, I can't help with the Mod except it doesn't seem to fit the DIN 5480 spec., which would put it at 3.00" for a 2 Mod. What did come to mind was a trick I use to hand grind a shaper cutter. Clean the male part well and oil it. Then mix up some Bondo body filler. Slap it on the part and let it cure. Take it off and grind/sand it to a good profile. Makes for a nice test piece. Just so happens I have a male spline to do. It's too tall and big to put in the Fellows so I'll use the Bridgeport pecker head.
