Someone posted a question some time back about the hobbing high helix angles.
Here's a link to a video of my P900 Pfauter set up to cut a 64deg gear used in a Spiral configuration. Spiral gears are not set on parallel shafts like helical gears.
Not really the sort of machine to be using to gear cut a 15 teeth, 2.5 module, 64deg helix angle spiral gear (shafts at 90deg) that has a left hand lead while using a right hand hob.
The helix angle is so great that I had to rotate the hobbing head through the 90 deg position.
I should have used a left hand hob but no such tool was available.
Not the ideal set up but it worked and got the customer out of trouble.
This sort of job should normally be done on a thread milling/hobbing machine.
