I would really appreciate if you could help me with the following info on some Gears that I am currently manufacturing:
The Gear O.D. is 24", Width 8", 1.5 DP, Material: AISI 4320 Case Carburised & Hardened to 56 - 62 HRc, Manufactured to AGMA Quality Level 6.
What I would like to know is the standard Number & the Level of Ultrasonic Soundness of the Steel Forgings that I am procuring and what should be the Gear Blank Tolerances?
