Right on. It is a common practice to use a false designation on the drawings. It should read W140x5x30x26 DIN5480 at minimum for the shaft.

Did you want the formulas or just the dimensions? It would save me some work if I knew you wanted just the dimensions.

For the shaft, the formulas are the same, you just need to alter the sign before 0,9 and 1,1 to come up with the following figures:

da=139h11=139-0,25 mm
df=129-1,62 mm
