No.104 Straight bevel generator - cutter designation letter

I'm looking for the cutter designation information for a No.104 straight bevel generator. The designation is A,B,C,D or E and it stands for the profile (or pressure) angle of the blades, needed to control the lengthwise crowning of the teeth. Does somebody know what angle is designated by each letter? Alternatively, what is the cutter spindle inclination angle of the machine 104?
I need this information to convert a job from No.104 to a Modul machine.
Any help will be much appreciated.
