Manufacturing Micro Gears

Does anyone have any experience manufacturing micro gears? We are trying to make two gears. One is a spur gear with 18 teeth, 120 pitch, OD of .1667". One is an internal ring gear with 54 teeth, 120 pitch, ID of .4322". These will be together in a planetary system. Will be looking to buy a machine to manufacture these soon. Any input is appreciated.
