Well, first of all Zyklo-Palloid uses two cutting heads, one smaller head positioned inside a bigger head. They are connected with an Oldham coupling. The contact pattern is controlled with diameters in each head, which are adjustable. All this makes the calculations relatively simple. Your machine does not have this coupling. Controlling of contact pattern is also possible but much harder.
This book has plenty of information on different spiral bevel gears methods: http://www.springer.com/us/book/9783662438923
To run the Zyklo-Palloid method, the cutters (both) must rotate in synchronization with the workpiece (SKM1 does that anyway, only with one cutter head) and the cradle must perform the roll motion (again, SKM1 does that). I think SKM1 has a tilt setting, but you normally don't need it in Zyklo-Palloid.
Hope it helps.
