Hi, We have an issue with our bevel machine and or our cpc bevel program.When we are cutting a gear the tooth ends up to thin leaving a sliver of material in the root of the tooth. The cpc specs gave me tooth angle 4d35m for pinion and 3d51m for the gear when I ran the program again it gave me same angle for both 4d13m
gears are 17t 28t 8dp 20pa i run the program in the old system.We did change the cutter holders to the extended blocks and then back again no change any help would be very welcome
