On our FAQ page there is a website named "Lathes", which has a wide variety of manuals. Since they are in the UK, I wondered... sure enough, they show two of the following:
MD80 DAVID BROWN No.7 Hydrax Gear Hobber. Operating Manual. £65 US$107
I think the MD80 is their catalog number. I don't know if this would have the info on TPA, though.
