Hello.
First, more about the machine.Does the machine have a differential gear train? If so, the machine should have a diff. constant. We use that to calculate the gears for the Diff. If not, I would determine the index and feed constants of the machine in order to use helical formulas designed to yeild a helical gear. If you post the machine constants and helical gear specs, we can calculate just the right feed and index gears for your job. Hope this helps.
