Is it possible to cut 18T, 14DP, 14.5PA , 45Deg RH helical gears on it?

They are distributor drive gears for a 426 Chrysler hemi.

I make about 300 pcs / yr.

What would be the best hobber to make these on?

I am looking at a #12 and a 6-10
